I downloaded the app because I had an email that needed to be sent while I was away from my office. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to copy any of my drafts that I set up as templates. I dont want to have to recreate an email every time I send it. Since I was in a pinch, I decided to create an all new email. I was unable to center text or to make text bold. Not being able to fully format the text is a deal-breaker for me. Two stars because yes, you can still send an email. But only two because there are missed functionalities in the app.

App is worthless to check statistics of campaigns you send! Takes 2 days to even show up as sent instead of scheduled and then statistics of opens and clicks dont match statistics shown on CC website! And please add refresh button!!!

You cant edit an email campaign in the app! This app is worthless. Why even have one?

This app must be a joke. Absolutely worthless, no editing capability. Dont waste your time getting this app.

Every month I put out a couple of newsletter announcements so I use the last one and change the date. I tried using this and there is no copy function. I even used the help function to do it right. There is a heading called "copying campaign" it says to open the campaign and hit the copy button at the bottom of the page (an icon of 2 pages), there is no icon or way to copy the campaign. Therefore there is no point in me having this app.

They call you get you to buy a product. Assure you it works then you try it and it doesnt

How stupid is it that the company that says dump your old non mobile formatted emails, everyone uses mobile devices to view their emails does not have a full function mobile app? Great job at wasting our time Constant Contact. How long before you join us in the second decade of the 21st century?

As soon as we downloaded the app, it sent 7k emails to our customers. A lot of our customers opted out from our list because of their mistake

Itd be one thing if Constant Contact were free, but I pay a monthly fee! The app - why have it! I installed it, pulled up a draft that I had started on my desktop and whats the first thing it says...CANT BE EDITED! Whats the app for if I cant edit?!?! Immediately deleted it. Infuriating. Maybe its time to look elsewhere.

Im so shocked that the app doesnt allow you to edit email campaigns. Unfortunately, thats what I really needed it for and since it doesnt do that, Im deleting it. I really hope they make a more useful app. Would be great to be able to edit and send from the app if Im away from a computer and need to get something out.

It is frustrating that when building drafts in the browser, that the site keeps asking if I want to use this app (which, beyond analytics, I have trouble understanding its purpose). I cannot make edits or even create a new message. You really should remove the "use this app now" interruption when logged in browser as the app is quite useless during the message cation process.

Only works for email. Does not work for events and surveys

What exactly is the point of a mobile app that can send a test email but not be able to change anything if its wrong? Take every single person whos working on this and just make mobile browser more user friendly. Or take everyone whos working on mobile browser compatibility and put them on the app. If I cant fix an email without access to a desktop computer what even is the point?

Totally useless app. I could not edit any of my e-mails or surveys. CC take a look at the number of people using mobile devices and get with the times!! We dont all sit at a desk all day!! I cant open or edit any of my projects on IPad or tablet either. Seriously considering totally dropping CC. Not paying another penny for a service that doesnt stay in tune with their customers!

Is there a point to this app? Seems like a copy of quick view.

I use constant contact all the time during the week. I send out many emails. It is absolutely imperative that I am able to track it on my mobile device. This app is a failure just like the one which preceded it. Stats are only available from a week or two ago and that doesnt even load all the emails that we sent. Angry.

I appreciate that contact management has been added, but it needs to be searchable by name AND email address. Ive got 1600+ contacts, and it takes forever to scroll down the list and find all "Williams" for example.

Toolkit is not so much a toolkit as it is just a tool. Its good for getting reports and reviewing your contacts for your email campaigns. You can even work on a campaign but dont expect all of the features/services that you get from Constant Contact online. Its definitely a great tool and for mobile use I think it serves its purpose for email reports. To be honest I could do without the mobile campaign editing because it feels more comfortable on a computer than on mobile but I would have liked to see other services integrated like survey results. Its great that this tool exists but it still has much room for improvement before it can be called a toolkit.

So limited in its use. Can only ad one email address at a time. Not worth using.
