This app would be great if it didnt cause you to lose EVERYTHING when someone calls you. If you are in the process of creating an email and you get a phone call you might as well say goodbye to whatever you were working on because you will have start over. What a stupid oversight by the creator of this app!

This app is very poor in comparison to the previous "Quick View" app. The reporting is incredibly slow and inaccurate. Bring back Quick View or improve this app, please!!!

Its that simple. I cant select photos to add, I cant see the photos in my consent contact library. Just wasted an hour and Ive got nothing to show for the time I spent. Frustrating.

Logging into the CC site from my iPad via Safari, urged to download the full App. Did so - cant edit, very few templates, no adaptability, poor interaction, not user friendly. Ive been using CC for years & fully expected a reasonably easy to use App for tablets. What a disappointment. I expected to be able to work on my iPad within CC and send communiques smoothly. Instead, Im stuck and have to wait until I can get to a laptop. Bad business.

I was thrilled to see this update- so thrilled I just spent an hour making a new email to send, only to find I cant save it and keep getting errors. Its not a problem with my internet connection because I am posting this review from the same connection. I pay enough money for my service with Constant Contact and am pretty disappointed to get an app that doesnt work and to only find out after spending an hour taking photos and crafting an email that I not only cant send, but cant even save so my work wont be lost.

This app is worthless. I cant do anything to an existing campaign except view it and send as a test. Even when sending as test, I cant add a please proof note to the top. None of my libraries are available. Not worth the effort to download

This app has certainly made me rethink my membership with Constant Contact. I primarily use my iPad on the go and its absolutely terrible! This app has no flexibility to create a nice email. You cant resize images, you cant pick specific colors according to the color ID like the picture shows in the description of the app. Absolutely nothing works! Then you go to Constant Contact website and the mobile version of the site is terrible as well. Mailchimp works fine though and is free. I honestly cant believe this. I hope they step it up. I just wasted a lot of time thinking I just needed to learn the app but it turns out that this app does NOTHING.

First of all, kudos for taking the step and developing an app. Its the right direction. It does need some work. Yes, less is more, and a mobile app has to be simple, but this one is just too limited. Poor access to the graphics library, and very limited editing. OK for the barest of necessities, but little to commend itself. Not even a simple "select all lists" option for choosing all recipients. Im sure connectivity with existing code has to be tough, but you might consider approaching this app as a new starting point. From scratch - just using your site as an online database to pull contacts from. Do this right, and people will prefer the app to the website. Fail, and a handful of folks with passion & good design skills will steal your entire next generation of customers. And that next generation is a LOT closer than you think. I hold some shares of your stock, and would rather avoid watching that happen. So...a good first step, but I humbly suggest a running leap if you are serious about future growth.

You cant edit an email and then send it. I see no point in downloading this app. Im also struggling to edit an email using safari on an iPad. Constant Contact is not made for the mobile world.

It is hard to understand why Constant Contact put out an app with such limited functionality. The fatal flaw is the inability to edit drafts. Without that functionality, the app is pretty much worthless to me.

I just spent 2 hours creating an email for a GoFundMe for one of our workers at the auction yard who lost everything in a house fire last night. I had tried on the regular site with no luck so downloaded the app to use on my iPad and getting "lost connection" errors and can not save my work or get the email out. Very disappointing that I cant be productive with Constant Contact from my phone or iPad especially considering what I pay each month!

Useless. You cant even edit content. Whats the point?

You cant edit your drafts. You cant create and save and send. The only thing you can do here is send a preview of something youve already drafted - but no edit. Worthless and useless app. Not sure why Im paying such a high subscription fee to CC when I cant use their product on anything except a desktop. That means Im not able to constantly contact anyone.

With such a complex website, offering so many amazing features, I thought the app would have somewhat close to the amount of features. We can only create 3 different email types, CANT change font/format text/ or anything like we can do online. The one redeeming quality is that you can check basic stats of emails already sent, and I guess start a draft to be finished online. Constant Contact should be able to produce something better than this.

This app allows you to only see your email campaign. I could not see my events or see a list of attendees for my events. Why the partial functionality???

Any company that provides tools like this to their clients is clueless. I have been patiently waiting for improvement, but the time has come to move on.

Where the heck do you edit? There is absolutely no point in this app. Thought id save some time since Im on my iphone and plan ahead with some scheduled campaigns. Think again. Dont waste your time with this one!

This app used to work for quick simple emails to my clients. Every since it was "updated" I cant compose an email. Why...it magically disappears even after I save a thousand times!!!! Its horrible. And customer support thinks it would work after deleting and re-installing. WRONG! What else you got??

I like the tools. I like the fact that it is very streamlined. What I dont like is that after you spend an hour getting your email just right... You cant save it, send it or do anything at all other than scrap it and start from scratch on the bloated, clunky, browser based CC. This app should never have been released in this condition. Whats worse, despite 100% negative reviews CC has no response! And it was released over a year and a half ago! Shame on you CC!

This app falls short in some major areas. I dont expect a mobile app to do everything that the desktop (web portal) does, but here are two significant issues: 1. Lists show contacts in them when there are none. 2. Cant remove lists.
