Our mortgage team recently made the move from Outlook to Constant Contact, and the one thing that kept us from making the move permanent was the absence of a strong phone app. Toolkit definitely needs more work; there are a few bugs when you try to save contacts with extra symbols.
Where CC excels is in their customer service. I spent yesterday afternoon emailing back and forth with a toolkit product manager about different bugs I wanted to see fixed. Every time I submit a critique, I get an update notification a few weeks later. Im sure it was a culmination of a lot of complaints, but nevertheless, they really do listen. So if you want to see something fixed, just ask.

The search feature was buggy, but this new update fixed that. Also, you were previously unable to make calls directly from the app, but this app changed that, as well!
Overall, useful app, still some bugs, but very promising.
